One of our favorite designers of late has been the beautiful and simple furnishings produced by Monte Designs. Owners Ralph and Michelle Montemurro started the company to create nursery furniture that blended s
eamlessly with the modern decor of their home and now have a collection of six pieces that combine exceptional construction with sleek, contemporary exteriors . We’re especially fans of the Luca Glider and Ninna-Nanna Bassinet and love the simple silhouettes and neutral color palette that permeates their entire collection.
Owner, VP and Director of Brand Development Korie Conant recently picked up the two pieces shown here for the arrival of her new son. “I admire their no frills approach to design,” says Korie. “My husband and I live in a small space and it was important to me that our ‘baby furniture’ fit in with the aesthetic of the rest of our house. Modern furniture traditionally is known for being hard and cold in their look and feel, but Ralph and his team were able to find the happy medium. Clean lines mixed with comfort and coziness.”

Thanks for the sensible critique. Me & my neighbor were just preparing to do some research on this. We got a grab a book from our local library but I think I learned more from this post. I’m very glad to see such great information being shared freely out there.
I’m curious to find out what blog platform you happen to be using? I’m having some small security issues with my latest website and I would like to find something more safeguarded. Do you have any recommendations?
