Yes, we do, Customer Service! We specialize in personalization and special orders but customer service is our number one mission statement. The secret to our success is great customer service, the old fashion way.

How do you set yourself apart from the competition?
I maintain unique and charming lines that you can’t just find anywhere. I only chose small companies and love to use local companies that never go “big time”. I think new moms and friends are looking for the “one-of-a-kind” baby product that is special and unique so I make it my business to provide them with a large selection of amazing products that they can’t find down the street at the local discount chain.

What are the Top 5 things people are buying today and why?
Maternity! It’s finally stylish and expecting mothers just can’t get enough. Diaper bags that are “designer” and worn by celebrities, the celebrity power is really big right now. One-of-a-kind outfits because they want to be unique, keepsakes because they want great memories, accessories because they want the “complete” look and shoes because they are just too cute to resist!

Your favorite product or brand at the moment? Why?
Cake by Petunia. It’s easy to sell these bags like they are hot out of the oven when you love them just as much as your customers do! Not only are they unique, I also believe that the Cake collection is more practical and provides more storage than the other diaper bags on the market, plus it comes with all sorts of goodies in the bag! We find these bags to be the premier bag in our store. Second to PPB is a line of clothing by Biscotti. It is our top performer in apparel sales. CROCS shoes are also a must have for kids, they love to personalize them with “Jibbitz”. You’ve got to have some stuff that is just plain fun.

Best invention for modern parenting in the last 5 years?
Books. While not a "modern" invention, it is still great "modern parenting" to read to your children. I strongly believe that reading leads to great learning. The only licensed product that I carry is Baby Einstein, because I believe in them and my children learned a lot from them so i am a big supporter of their products.
